摘  要:通过KH560硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化锆进行表面疏水处理后均匀分散至甲基硅树脂中,以显著提高甲基硅树脂的折光率从而提升复合甲基硅树脂的透光率。将复合甲基硅树脂与高折苯基硅树脂进行透光率的比较以及长期可靠性能的比较。通过实验结果可以得出,掺杂疏水纳米氧化锆的复合甲基硅树脂与高折苯基硅树脂透光率相同,长期可靠性能要明显优于高折苯基硅树脂。Nanometre ZrO2 is evenly dispersed in phenyl silicone resin after hydrophobic treatment by silane coupling agent KH560, so as to increase the methyl silicone resin encapsulation efficiency and yield of light significantly by raising the refractive index of methyl silicone resin. After processing nanometer ZrO2 phenyl silicone resin as the packaging material of the production of LED packaging components, its long term reliability is analyzed comparing with phenyl silicone resin. The results show that the modified methyl silicone reaches the similar uniform encapsulation efficiency with phenyl silicone resin but it has a better long term reliability than phenyl silicone resin.
