摘 要:以佛山(国际)家居博览城项目为依托,通过对大跨预应力双层悬索屋盖同步提升关键施工技术进行研究和状态模拟分析。采用大跨预应力双层悬索屋盖同步提升技术,在屋面上安装外环钢结构和地面上拼装飞柱,可以有效保证安装焊接质量,后通过张拉预应力钢索实现飞柱的提升,有利于保证屋盖的整体性。总结形成了超大跨度预应力双层悬索屋盖同步提升的施工工法,可有效提高施工过程安全保障,加快施工进度,降低成本。该研究成果可为类似大跨预应力工程的施工提供依据,具有良好的实践意义和广泛的推广应用价值。This paper has conducted an extensive research into the technology of the synchronous lifting of the double - layer cable - suspended roof with the prestressed long - span frame based on the project of Foshan ( In- ternational) Home Expo City. In this method, the steel structure of the outer ring at the roof and the flying col- umns at ground were assembled firstly, by which the welding quality could be effectively ensured. Sequentially, the flying columns were hoisted through tensioning prestressed cable to enhance the integrality of the roof. In such case, the security assurance during the construction process could be effectively ensured, and the construc- tion progress could be accelerated. Therefore, cost was reduced. The study can provide a basis for the similar construction of long - span prestressed concrete engineering, which is of great practical significance and of exten- sive application value on the construction of similar projects.
