摘　　要：试以《安徽理工大学学报(社会科学版)》为例,论述其创设条件、缘起及运行三年的过程,以此总结无论学术出版形势如何变化,内容为王突出特色依然是评价期刊尤其是理工科类社科学报谋篇布局的王牌。作为高校教学科研成果呈现的平台,高校学术期刊如何谋求可持续发展之路。引入长板理论,从原理和方法论及实践尝试以求证特色栏目创设的价值。同时,学术期刊特色栏目建设既要有所侧重又需突破局限。This paper taking the Journal of Anhui University of Science and Technology （social science edition） as an example, analyzes its origin and general conditions and its three -year operation and reaches the conclu- sion that despite the changes in the publishing industry, attaching importance to the content and highlighting the special features are still the trump card of the journals of social science in polytechnics. The paper explores how academic journals of higher learning institutions may achieve sustained development, which serves as a platform on which the education and scientific achievements can be displayed. Adopting the long board theory, the paper aims at proving the value of establishing a key column with distinctive features through principles, methodolo- gies, and actual practices. Furthermore, the development of academic journals involves the selection of focal points and breaking through restrictions.
