摘 要:针对烟叶烘烤气体污染物排放问题,引进生物质颗粒燃料替代常规燃料,进行生物质颗粒燃料密集烤房与煤柴混合燃料密集烤房烟叶烘烤对比试验,委托第三方进行工业分析和元素分析检测,通过烟叶烘烤能耗及推算烤房烟囱处气体排放量对比,评价其节能减排效果。结果表明:采用生物质颗粒燃料,整个烘烤工艺燃烧输入烤房总热量、单位时间耗燃料量、1 kg干烟消耗热量、1 kg水分蒸发消耗热量分别较煤柴混合烘烤降低32.5%、32.2%、31.8%、16.1%;1 kg干烟主要污染物排放总量较煤柴混合烘烤降低27.1%,其中CO2、CO、SO2分别降低24.41%、95.91%、98.15%,NO排放量提高22.4%。因此,生物质颗粒燃料密集烤房节能减排效果明显。Aiming at pollutant emissions of tobacco curing gaseous,biomass pellet fuel was introduced to replace the conventional fuels. The tobacco leaves curing comparison test between biomass pellet fuel curing barn and coal and diesel blended fuel curing barn was conducted,and industrial analysis and elemental analysis detection were carried out by the third party. The energy saving and emission reduction effects were evaluated by comparing energy consumption of tobacco curing and calculated flue gas emission from curing barn. The results showed that using the biomass pellet fuel in the whole baking process,combustion enter barn total calories,fuel consumed amount per unit time.1 kg dry tobacco bums calories, 1 kg evaporation bum calories reduced by 32.5%, 32.2%, 31.8%, 16.1%, respectively, comparing with coal and diesel blended fuel curing ; 1 kg dry tobacco major pollutants reduced by 27.1%, emissions of CO2, CO and SO2 decreased by 24.41%, 95.91%, 98.15%, respectively.NO emissions increased by 22.4%.Therefore. eneraw saving effect of biomass nellet fuel curine barn was obvious.
