基于BCG矩阵的绿色铜文化发展策略研究

摘　　要：以铜陵市铜文化产业链为研究对象,调查其发展现状,运用BCG矩阵对其多元化业务进行定量分析。研究结果表明:铜工艺品生产效益显著,占铜文化产业比重较大,属于金牛型业务;铜文化旅游业市场增长率高,市场份额占支配地位,属于明星型业务;新兴文化业态铜文化影视动漫业开始起步,但市场前景好,属于问题型业务;而随着铜矿资源的枯竭,铜文化产业的来源和基础即铜矿开采及粗加工则为瘦狗型业务。最后提出了稳定型、增长型、进攻型、收缩型四种类型产业模式的具体发展策略,有利于推动铜陵绿色铜文化产业的长远发展。It was researched for Tongling copper cultural industry chain,using BCG matrix for quantitative analysis of its diversified business after investigating its development status. The results show that： Copper arts and crafts industry has significant benefits,and the proportion of copper culture industry is larger accounted,belonging to the Cash Cows; Copper cultural tourism market growth rate is high,and holds a control position of the market share,belonging to the Stars; Emerging cultural formats copper film and television animation industry started,but the market prospect is good,belonging to the Question Marks; With the depletion of copper resources,the source and basis of copper culture industry that copper mining and rough machining become Dogs. Finally,four types of industrial model that is stable,growth,offensive,contraction specific development strategies have been proposed in the paper,which is conducive to promote the long-term development of Tongling green copper culture industry.
