摘　　要：为了统筹城乡基本公共服务,以山东省诸城市为例,探索了农村基本公共文化服务体系建设模式及特点。通过对诸城市农村基本公共文化服务体系的建设背景、组织规划、经费来源、建设机制、建设取得的成果和运行状况进行分析研究,为中国农村基本公共文化服务体系建设提供新的建设思路和模式。To coordinate the urban and rural basic public service, taking Zhucheng City in Shandong Provinceas an example, we explored the construction mode as well as the features of rural basic public cultural servicesystem. The construction background, organization plan, financial sources, construction mechanism, theachievements and the running state were analyzed, providing a new construction thought and mode of ruralbasic public cultural service system in China.
