摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省随州市农村地区COPD患病情况,为农村COPD防治提供科学依据。方法:随机整群抽样,选取随州市农村年龄40岁以上人群进行流行病学调查。调查对象均接受肺功能检查,填写自制COPD调查问卷和健康相关生活品质量表,对流调数据进行统计分析。结果:(1)最终有效调查1078人,诊断COPD104例,患病率9.65%,男性高于女性(P<0.01),患病率随年龄增长而上升(P<0.05);(2)68.27%的COPD患者出现咳嗽、咳痰、喘气或活动后气促等症状,COPD分级Ⅱ级以下者88.46%;(3)COPD患者生活质量评分[(52.4±11.3)分]低于非COPD者[(74.6±17.5)分](P<0.01)。结论:随州市农村40岁以上人群COPD患病率略高于全国水平,多见于男性;COPD严重影响患者生活质量,应重视农村地区COPD防治。Objective.To investigate the prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in rural area of Suizhou city in order to provide a basis of prevention and treatment for COPD.Methods. Over 40- year-old groups in rural of Suizhou city were selected using random cluster sampling methods.All subjects received examination of lung function and filled out a COPD epidemiologic survey questionnaire and a SF-36 table.Data was statistically analyzed.Results： （1） A total of 1078 subjects were investigated with full data finally among who 104 subjects were diagnosed with COPD.The overall prevalence of COPD was 9.65% and the prevalence increased with age increasing.The prevalence of COPD in the males was significantly higher than that in the females（P 〈0.01）; （2） Cough, expectoration, breathing and other symptoms were seen in 68.27% of COPD patients,and the proportion of lung function Ⅰ -Ⅱ grade was 88.46%;（3）The score of quality of life of COPD patients（52.4±11.3） was much lower than that of non-COPD cases （74.6±17.5）（P 〈0.01）,Conclusion：The prevalence of COPD of people above 40 years in rural of Suizhou city is little higher than national average level and COPD was more common in males. As COPD seriously affects the patients quality of life, more attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of COPD in rural areas.
