牛皮癣药浴Ⅰ号治疗血热型银屑病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用牛皮癣药浴Ⅰ号去治疗其血热型银屑病在临床上的效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2015年8月间收治的64例血热型银屑病患者为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组32例。对照组予以常规治疗,而观察组予以牛皮癣药浴Ⅰ号进行相关治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应、治疗前后PASI评分及血清指标(血清Toll样受体-9、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8)。结果:观察组总有效率为93.7%,显著高于对照组的71.9%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前皮损PASI评分及血清指标比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组皮损PASI评分及血清指标均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牛皮癣药浴Ⅰ号治疗银屑病能够显著改善临床症状及血清炎症因子水平,具有疗效确切、安全性高等优点,值得临床上推广应用。Objective.To study the clinical effect of psoriasis medicated bath I in the treatment of psoriasis of blood heat type.Methods. 64 cases of patients with psoriasis of blood heat type treated in a hospital from March 2015 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,and 32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy, and the observation group was given psoriasis medicated bath I .The total effective rate, adverse reaction rate, PASI score and serum index （serum toll-like receptors -9, tumor necrosis factor alpha,interleukins-8） of two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of observation group （93.7%） was obviously higher than that of control group （71.9%） （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of PASI score and serum index between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）;After treatment,the PASI score and serum index of two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Psoriasis medicated bath I in the treatment of psoriasis of blood heat type can improve clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factors, with efficacy, safety and other advantages, which is worthy of clinical application.
