摘　　要：目的:观察采用综合指数法与秩和比(RSR)法综合评价医院医疗质量的效果。方法:分别采取RSR法以及综合指数法来综合评价某院2011年~2015年度的医疗工作数量、工作疗效等指标。结果:在2011年~2015这5年间,整体医疗水平最高的是2015年,2011年与2012年最差,其余的两年的医疗质量则处于中等水平。结论:在综合评价医院医疗质量的方法中,综合指数法与RSR法的结果基本一致,表明这两种评价方法不会对最终的评价结果产生太大的影响。Objective.To observe the effect of application of comprehensive index method and RSR method in the evaluation of hospital medical quality.Methods： Respectively took RSR method and comprehensive index method to comprehensive evaluate the number of medical work and working efficacy index of a hospital from 2011 to 2015.Results：In the five years of 2011 to 2015,the highest whole medical level is in 2015 ,that of year 2011 and 2012 was the worst,and the whole medical level of remaining two years was at medium level. Conclusion： In the comprehensive evaluation of medical quality processes, the results of comprehensive index method and RSR method are basically the same,which indicate that the two evaluation methods will not have much impact on the final results of the evaluation.
