摘 要:为了解植物生长调节剂对苹果苗木移栽成活率及生长情况的影响,提高建园时苗木成活率和缩短缓苗期,以2年生首红苹果嫁接苗为试材,采用FA、ABT1、GGR和NAA 4种不同的植物生长调节剂进行栽前浸根处理,以清水浸根为对照,在定植后第60天观测苹果的成活率及树体生长量。结果发现,4种植物生长调节剂均能提高新生苗木的移栽成活率和苗木生长量,和对照相比,成活率提高5%以上,其中ABT1处理下苗木的生长量最大,NAA处理对苗木的叶绿素含量最好,FA能有效提高叶片含水量。In order to explore the influence of plant growth regulators on the seedling survival rate and growth situations of the trans- planted apple seedling, and enhance the survival rate of orchard construction, and shorten the recovery period, the two years old ShouHong apple seedling was chosen as experimental materials and the roots of that were soaked by three different concentrations of plant growth regulators which was made from FA, ABT1, GGR and NAA before transplanting of apple seedling, and the control group was water. After sixty days of transplanting, the survival rate and apple growth were observed. The results showed that 4 different kinds of plant growth regulators all could improve the transplanted survival rate of newborn seedling, which was up to 5% compared with controlled group, and it also promoted the plant growth. Seedlings grew best with the treatment of ABT1; the chlorophyll content was the highest with the treatment of NAA, and FA could improve the leaf content efficiently.
