摘  要:研究了珍稀食用菌黄伞的母种常用培养基配料、培养温度、p H值、培养基水分、不同培养料的转化率等因子对菌丝生长和子实体形成的影响。结果表明,黄伞在4种培养基中以培养基4长势旺盛,长速也最快,平均日生长达0.52 cm;菌丝生长适温为20~30℃,最适温度为25℃;适宜p H值为7~8;培养基(棉籽壳)最适含水量为1∶1.4;棉籽壳、木屑适宜栽培黄伞,用其栽培生物学转化率可达64.7%。This paper studied the influence of rare edible fungus parent Pholiota adiposa commonly used culture media, temperature, pH, moisture, different culture material conversion rate and other factors on the formation of Pholiota adiposa mycelia growth and fruiting. The results showed that the growth of Pholiota adiposa in medium 4th was vigorous, the growth rate was the fastest, the average length of day rate of 0.52 cm. Optimum temperature for hypha growth was 20 ~ 30 ~C, the optimum temperature was 25℃, the optimum pH value was 7 - 8, medium (cottonseed hull) the optimum water content was 1 : 1.4. Cottonseed shell and wood were suitable for cultivation of Pholiota adipose, biological conversion rate could reach 64.7%.
