摘  要:规范健全的水利信息系统运行维护体制机制,是确保信息系统安全可靠运行,提高水利信息化水平,推进传统水利向现代水利转变的有效措施和重要保障。为进一步理清水利信息系统运行维护体制与机制,提高信息化运行维护水平,专门开展问卷调查、实地调研,在此基础上分析水利信息系统运行维护现状及存在的问题,剖析运维工作面临的新形势、新要求,提出要转变观念,强化运维意识,完善运维绩效评估体系,强化运行维护的技术手段等有关建议措施。Regulating the operation and maintenance mechanism of water conservancy information system is an effective method and important safeguard to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the information system, raise the level of water resources informatization, and speed up transformation of traditional water conservancy to modem water conservancy. To further clarify operation system and maintenance mechanism of the water information system, to improve the operation and maintenance level of information technology, it specifically carries out questionnaire investigation and field investigation. On this basis, it analyzes operation and maintenance status and existing problems of water information system, analyzes the new potential requirements of operation and maintenance work faced, and proposes the relevant suggestions and measures of operation mechanism and maintenance construction in water information system.
