摘  要:计算了焦化干气加氢中各反应的标准摩尔生成焓以及反应温度范围内的吉布斯自由能和平衡常数。结果表明,温度是影响反应热力学的重要因素。此外,为了减少温度对反应平衡的影响,应该采用提高反应压力、降低反应温度的方法使烯烃和氧加氢反应达到一定深度。因此,焦化干气加氢热力学研究对焦化干气加氢技术的工业化应用有重要的指导意义,根据其研究结果选定的工艺条件能够满足工业装置的正常运行及指标要求。The standard molar enthalpies formation and Gibbs free energy as well as equilibrium constant in each reaction temperature during coking dry gas hydrogenation process are calculated. The results show that the temperature is an important factor of thermodynamics. In addition, in order to reduce the influence of temperature on the reaction equilibrium, when choosing reaction conditions, it could be used to improve the reaction pressure and reduce the reaction temperature, which can make olefins and oxygen hydrogenation reactions to a certain depth. The study on hydrogenation thermodynamics of coking dry gas has great guiding significance for its industrial application. The process conditions having been chosen according to the result of hydrogenation thermodynamics for coking dry gas can meet the normal operation and index of industrial devices.
