摘  要:在墙板保温与结构一体化的大背景下,研发便于工业化生产的高性能墙板成为预制装配式建筑研究中的重要一环。在调研及搜集资料的基础上,提出了区别于现有现浇聚苯乙烯混凝土灌浆墙板的预制聚苯乙烯混凝土墙板的概念。介绍了试验墙板的设计制作、加载方案及有限元数值模拟,并对荷载-挠度曲线的试验值和模拟值进行对比分析并得到有益结论。Under the background of the research on the wall panel of insulation and structure,it is the important part of research on the prefabricated buildings that research and development on high-performance wall panel which is advantageous for the industralization production. On the basis of investigation and data collection,the concept of the prefabricated EPS concrete was put forward,which is different from the exisiting concept of the EPS concrete grouting wall panel. The paper introduces the design and manufacture of the test panels,the loading plan and the finite element numerical simulation. The test values and the simulation values of the load-deflection curve were also compared and analyzed.
