摘  要:以某核电站安全壳为背景,在原设计方案环向预应力筋和竖向预应力筋正交布置方式(HP-VTPT)与双向交叉螺旋线型预应力筋布置方式基础上,提出倒U型与倒V型预应力筋混合布置方式(IU-IVPT);基于安全壳混凝土的预应力一致原则,推导了由HP-VT-PT布置方式向IU-IV-PT布置方式转换的算式;选用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,建立有限元实体模型,从顶点竖向位移、筒身径向位移和混凝土应力等方面分析,IU-IV-PT布置方式下安全壳受力性能与HP-VT-PT布置方式下受力性能基本一致,并采用等效荷载法验证了两种预应力筋布置方式是等价的,对其在水平荷载下进行推覆分析,结果表明:安全壳屈服时侧向位移和基底剪力屈服值分别提高64%和28%。Taking a nuclear power plant containment as object,on the basis of orthogonal mesh arrangement of vertical prestressed tendon and hoop prestressed tendon(HP-VT-PT) and mesh arrangement of two-way cross screw linear prestressed tendon,the new arrangement of inverted U and inverted V prestressed tendons(IU-IV-PT) was put forward,based on the unanimity principle of concrete prestress,conversion formula was derived. Finite element solid model was established by using the large general finite element software ANSYS,the concrete stress,vertex vertical displacement and radial displacement were analyzed,mechanical performance of the IU-IV-PT arrangement was consistent with that of HP-VT-PT arrangement,the validity of the two types of prestressed tendon arrangement was verified by using equivalent load method. Pushover analysis in horizontal loads showed that lateral displacement and base shear yield value were increased by 64% and 28% respectively.
