摘 要:为分析埋地管道沿线土体沉陷发展过程中管-土变形及土压力分布特征,设计并研制了土体沉陷过程中管-土相互作用试验研究的系统,得到了沉陷过程中管-土下沉变形、管周土体变形及管周土压力的分布规律。试验结果表明:土体沉陷过程中,管道与管周土经历了协同和非协同下沉变形;随着沉陷的加剧,沉陷区中部管-土非协同变形量增大,管道上侧附加土压力随着土体沉降的增大而增大,并逐渐达到最大值;管顶土体开始形成由管顶向两侧扩张的破裂面,此时管顶附加土压力随着土体沉降的增大而减小;沉陷区管道底部出现压力降低的现象,支承压力将向沉陷区的边缘转移,沉陷区边缘管道下侧的支承力增大;管道上侧压缩土体内产生增压作用,压缩土体下方出现压力降低的现象,压缩土体变形范围仅限于管道顶部一定高度土体中,即管道上部土层存在一个等沉面;基于管顶土体的变形特征及等沉面发展过程,分析得到了管顶土压力的简化计算式。In order to analyse the pipeline-soil deformation and the earth pressure along pipeline by subsidence,research test equipment and system for pipe-soil interaction due to subsidence of stratum were designed,then the laws of pipeline-soil deformation,soil deformation and earth pressure around pipe were obtained. The results showed that pipe and soil around pipe experienced coordinating and non-coordinating deformation with the subsidence development. With the subsidence increase,the additional earth pressure increased with non-coordinating deformation developing in the middle of subsidence area. The earth pressure on pipe decreased with the subsidence increase,when the outstretched fracture plane in soil on pipe was initially formed. The pressure decrease would occur at the bottom of pipe,then diversion of support pressure at the bottom of pipe in subsidence area from center to edge,support pressure at the bottom of pipe would increase at the edge of subsidence area. The earth pressure increased in the compressed soils,but decreased in the bottom under the compressed soils. The deformation range of the compressed soils was only limited in a height,that was to say there was a height of equal settlement plane in compressed soils. In accordance with the deformation features of soil on the pipe and developing process of the equal settlement plane. Finally,the simplified calculation formulas were obtained.
