摘　　要：本文通过对在线式ICT+FCT的技术分析,着重研究了二合一测试技术方案的解决方案,对实现ICT+FCT连续自动化生产,提高测试效率和产品直通率,降低生产成本,具有较大的参考价值。Through the technological analysis on online ICT＋FCT, this paper mainly researches the solution for two-in-one testing technical proposal. It has major production, improving test efficiency and product first refe pas fence walue for realizing s yield, and lowering prod ICT＋FCT continuous automated uction cost.
