摘　　要：[目的 /意义]大数据时代的到来催动了情报学的变革与发展,现阶段我国情报学的历史遗留问题和发展思路并未得到学界清晰一致的判定或解决。对当前情报学理论与实践中的核心问题进行探讨,有助于厘清情报学的发展脉络,抓准学科的理念定位与未来走向。[方法 /过程]回顾我国情报学领域的"信息"与"情报"之争,在此基础上分别从学科定位、范式演进、体系建设3个层面对情报学进行深入探讨。[结果 /结论]从碎片化、形式化的"信息提供"到协同化、专业化的"情报吞吐",从自我封闭式的情报摸索到社会化、开放化的大情报体系建设,情报学应突破思维定势,以Intelligence为核心,将研究重心转移到决策层面上来,立足情报工程理念开展相关理论研究与实践应用,实现中国情报梦。[ Purpose/significance ] The arrival of the era of big data pushes the changes and development of intelli- gence studies. However, the historical legacy and development idea of intelligence studies in China have not got unani- mous results or been solved. Discussing the core issues in theory and practice of intelligence studies can help to clarify the development grain of intelligence studies, and grasp the concept orientation and future trend of the discipline. [ Method/ process ] The paper retrospects the debate between ＂ information＂ and ＂intelligence＂ in the field of intelligence studies （ information science） in China. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the problem from three aspects of discipline ori- entation, paradigm evolution and system construction. [ Result/conclusion] In conclusion, the intelligence research pat- tern has achieved remarkable achievements which is upgrading from the fragmented and formalized ＂information providing＂ to the collaborative and specialized ＂intelligence throughput＂. At the same time, the intelligence work has developed from self-sealing intelligence exploration to the socialized and opening construction of large intelligence system. Hence, under this background, the intelligence studies should break through the traditional thinking set, and devote more attention to research on decision-making level by taking intelligence as the core, specifically carrying out the related theory research and practical application under the intelligence engineering thinking. intelligence Only then did we get the chance to realize the dream of
