摘 要:通过熔融共混工艺制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/无机粒子复合材料。利用热失重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探究了未改性的可回收利用的PLA和PLA/无机粒子复合材料的热性能,并对动态流变行为进行了探究。研究结果表明添加无机粒子可以提升PLA的热稳定性。滑石粉(Talc)可以诱导PLA结晶,但是SiO2和CaCO3却对结晶性能没有影响。PLA共混材料的复数黏度比纯PLA的要高。PLA composites with inorganic particles were prepared by melt-mixing process. Thermal behavior of unmodified recycled PLA material and PLA/ inorganic particles was explored by using thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The dynamic rheological behavior was also investigated by means of dynamic theological test. The results showed that thermostability of PLA could be improved by adding inorganic particles. DSC implied that talcum powder (Talc) could induce PLA crystallization, while SiO2 and CaCO3 had no influence on it. The complex viscosity of PLA blends was higher than the one of neat PLA.
