摘  要:用Rheotens拉伸流变仪测试聚丙烯流延膜(CPP)拉伸黏度的影响因素有温度、测量轮对间的距离、挤出速率、拉伸加速度,通过正交试验研究影响因素的显著性。方差分析结果表明,温度、测量轮对间的距离、拉伸加速度对拉伸黏度的影响显著,挤出速率影响不明显。确定了测试CPP拉伸黏度的合适条件,使测试结果相对平均偏差不大于20%。Temperature, distance of take-off-wheel pair, extrusion rate and tensile acceleration influence the elongational viscosity of polypropylene cast film (CPP) tested by Rheotens. The factors influencing the elongational viscosity were analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The analysis of variance shows temperature, distance of take-off-wheel pair and tensile acceleration are important, and extrusion rate is insignificant. The optimum test conditions of CPP elongational viscosity with Rheotens were confirmed. The relative average deviation of CPP elongational viscosity is less than or eqution to 20% under this test condition.
