摘  要:指出了在酸性溶液中,六价铬与二苯碳酰二肼反应生成紫红色络合物,可采用分光光度法测定表面印迹聚合物中铬离子,测定了这种方法检出限,并通过人员比对,有证标准样品测试,实际样品以及样品加标回收验证了结果的准确度和精密度。结果显示:方法的检出限为0.004 mg/L;线性相关系数大于0.999;加标回收率为103.2~106.2,符合相关要求;样品检测精密度符合要求;不同的检测人员在测定六价铬时,其检测结果虽然有一定偏差,但允许差仍然在可接受的范围内。Hexavalent chromium reacted with Diphenyl carbonyl hydrazine to produce the purple complex in acid solu- tion. The chromium ion in surface molecularly imprinted polymer was determinated by spectrophotometric method. The method detection limit, the standard sample, the actual sample and the sample standard addition recovery were measured. The resultswere as follows: the detection limit ofthe method was 0.004 mg/L; the linear correlation coefficient wasover 0.999; the recovery was found to be in the range of 103.2%-106.20%, conforming to the requirements of the relevant national standard. Sample detection precision met the requirements; As different people tested the same product, although there would be differencesto some extent, the test result still was in an acceptable range.
