摘  要:介绍了焦作华润电厂180 m钢筋混凝土烟囱分段控制爆破拆除过程中,采用TC4850爆破振动测试仪对重点保护建筑物进行实时振动监测。通过振动监测结果发现:爆破拆除产生的振动速度均在爆破安全规程允许范围内,不会对周围建筑物构成危害;爆破点与地面的高度差越大,则炸药爆炸产生的地面质点振动速度就越小,反之,则越大;烟囱上段筒体倒塌过程一般经历爆破切口形成、中性轴形成及后移、下座、空中下落及定向转动和触地解体5个阶段;约4 s的中性轴形成及后移过程是烟囱完成预定设计方向倒塌的一个关键条件;上段筒体以非整体倒塌状态触地时,可延长触地作用时间并在一定程度上降低塌落振动速度幅值。In the process of explosive demolition of a 180m reinforced concrete chimney in Jiaozuo was introduced, the vibration monitoring of key protected building is carried out by TCA850. The results of vibration monitoring found that the blasting vibration velocity is in the allowable range of blasting safety regulation and no harm to the surrounding buildings. The height of blasting zone from the ground is bigger, the vibration velocity of ground particle caused by explosion is smaller, otherwise is bigger. Five stages of formation of blasting cut, the neutral axis formation and after the shift, down sinking, air whereabouts with directional rotation and touchdown disintegration were included in the collapse process of upper body. About 4 seconds of the neutral axis formation and after the shift process is a key condition for the chimney collapsed to the design direction. When the upper section of cylinder body is not in an overall collapse state to impact the ground, it can be prolong the touchdown time and reduce the blasting vibration velocity amplitude to a certain extent.
