摘 要:舰船设备在水下爆炸作用下的冲击谱计算,一般采用设备基础测得的加速度信号通过杜哈曼积分获得,但由于信号中零漂和高频干扰的存在往往使得计算结果不能真实反映设备的冲击环境,为解决这一问题提出了多项式最小二乘法对测量原始信号进行零漂修正,采用自适应滤波器对修正后信号进行滤波处理的预处理方法。信号经过预处理后再采用杜哈曼积分进行冲击谱计算,通过计算冲击谱与簧片仪实际测得的冲击谱进行对比验证了计算方法的可行性。计算结果可以作为舰船设备在水下爆炸作用下冲击防护设计的依据,该方法也可以作为其它振动冲击领域冲击谱计算与分析的参考。The shock response spectrum calculation of ship equipment under the effect of underwater explosion was commonly gained through Duhamel integral on acceleration signal from equipment foundation measure. Owing to the existence of zero drift and high frequency interference in the signal ,the calculation results usually couldn't reflect the impact of environmental equipment, then the least squares was applied to correct the zero drift by using adaptive filter for filtering processing of revised signal. The Dumamel integral was put forward for shock response spectrum calculation after pre-processing. Compared the calculation shock spectrum with the reed instrument measured spectrum, the correctness of the calculation method was verified well. The calculation results could be used as a reference for ship equipment shock protection design underwater explosion and some other impact vibration spectrum analysis.
