摘  要:为研究隔板宽度对线型聚能射流成形的影响,利用惠更斯原理,对隔板宽度对爆轰波形及射流速度的影响进行理论分析,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,对六种隔板宽度下线型聚能射流成形过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:当隔板宽度相对值(隔板宽度与药型罩宽度比D/d)在0.6-0.8时,线型聚能装药成形聚能射流特征参数受隔板宽度变化影响较大,根据目标的特性,优化选择合适的装药结构可以显著提高聚能射流的终点毁伤效应;相对于无隔板条件下成形的线型聚能射流,当隔板宽度相对值达到0.9时,线型聚能射流速度为4640 m/s,提高了22.3%。In order to investigate the effects of wave-shaper width on the formation of linear shaped charge (LSC) jet, the effects of wave-shaper width on waveform and jet velocity were analyzed based on Huygens principle. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA program was performed to simulate LSC jet shapes under six kinds of wave-shaper widths. By analyzing the results, it suggests that when D/d( width of wave-shaper/liner) varies between 0.6 and 0.8, the LSC jet performance is greatly influenced by wave-shaper width. The end damage effect of LSC jet can be remarkably improved by choosing proper charge parameters. When D/d = 0.9, the top velocity of LSC jet, reaching 4640 m/s, increases by 22.3% than that produced by LSC without wave-shaper.
