摘 要:采用Micro Trap孔内爆速测试仪测试了现场混装乳化炸药在炮孔内、外的爆速情况,并通过工程测试研究了影响现场混装乳化炸药孔内爆速的各种因素。结果表明:由于约束条件的不同,同种条件下孔内爆速为5430.6 m/s,明显高于孔外爆速4515.8 m/s;随着孔径的增加,炸药孔内爆速呈明显增大的趋势;岩性对炸药孔内爆速影响较大,铁矿石孔内爆速达6035.8 m/s,明显高于在石灰石矿中孔内爆速5321.0 m/s;炸药密度对孔内爆速与孔外爆速的影响基本一致;炸药在孔底爆速相对较低,在炮孔中部形成相对稳定的爆速,在靠近孔口位置爆速逐渐降低;由于采用的乳化剂不同,地面站制乳爆速明显高于车上制乳孔内爆速。The detonation velocity tester, MicroTrapto, was taken to test the velocity both hole inside and hole outside of the mixed loading emulsion explosive, and researched the various factors affecting in-hole velocity by engineering tests. The results show that,under the same condition the in-hole velocity is 5430 m/s, and out-hole velocity is 4515.8 m/s; if with a larger aperture, the in-hole velocity could have a trend of increasing; the lithology has big influence to the in-hole velocity,which could be 6035.8m/s in the iron ore, much higher than the 5321.0 m/s in the limestone; the influence by the explosive density to in-hole hole and out-hole is basically identical; the explosive has a comparatively lower velocity in the bottom of hole, and stable velocity in the middle of hole and the velocity gradually reduced near the orifice location. The different emulsifier has a different influence to the velocity hole inside,the velocity from plant emulsion is higher than that from vehicle emulsion.
