中药复方对咳嗽变异性哮喘模型大鼠血清IgE和IL-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过测定和分析实验大鼠外周血IgE和IL-2的含量,观察中药复方对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CAV)大鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨本方对咳嗽变异性哮喘机体的免疫调节机制。方法:采用氢氧化铝和卵蛋白激发实验,使大鼠形成致敏状态,同时应用卵蛋白单一激发实验方法,造模形成稳定的咳嗽变异性哮喘模型大鼠,并随机分为6组,各组间予相应治疗3周后腹主动脉取血,检测各组实验鼠咳嗽次数、血清IgE及IL-2水平。结果:中药复方能缓解各实验组大鼠咳嗽症状,减少咳嗽频次,同时降低模型大鼠血清IgE的水平,提升血清IL-2的水平。结论:中药复方能调节IgE及IL-2水平,减少实验大鼠咳嗽次数,具有调节机体免疫力作用,这可能是中药复方治疗CVA的机制之一。Objective： By measuring and analyzing the contents oflgE and IL-2 in peripheral blood of experi- mental rats, to observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on immune function in cough variant asthma（CVA） rats and explore the immune regulation mechanism of this prescription on cough variant asthma organism. Methods： The excitation experiment of aluminum hydroxide and egg protein was used to make it sensitized state. Moreover, method of egg protein single excitation test was adopted, and the model rats with stable cough variant asthma were formed by establishing the models. They were divided into six groups randomly with each group appropriate treatment for three weeks. After that, they were taken blood by abdominal aorta, and the number of cough, serum IgE and IL-2 levels were detected in each group. Results： Chinese herbal compound can alleviate the symptoms of cough in each experimental group, thereby reducing the frequency of cough. Meanwhile, it can also reduce the level of serum IgE of model rats and improve the level of serum IL-2. Conclusion： Chinese herbal compound can regulate the level of IgE and IL-2 and reduce the number of cough in the experimental rats. It has the role of regulating the body im- munity. Therefore, this may be one of the mechanisms of Chinese herbal compound on treatment of CVA.
