摘　　要：从《伤寒论》原文"阳病见阴脉者死"的角度,论述老年性肺炎中医证候学的特点,揭示"阳病"中出现"阴脉"的临床意义以及老年性肺炎的发病机制和病情进展特点,为临床治疗提供新思路。TCM symptomatology characteristics of senile pneumonia were discussed, the clinical meaning of Yin meridians in Yang diseases, the mechanism and condition development of senile pneumonia were revealed, from the Yang diseases die of Yin meridians of Treatise on Febrile Caused by Cold which can provide new thinking for clinical treatment.
