梁君儿教授经验方内外结合治疗外阴白色病变60例

摘　　要：目的:观察我院名老中医梁君儿教授的祛白止痒酊配合祛白方治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:将外阴白色病变患者60例随机分为中药治疗组32例,采用祛白止痒酊外用配合祛白方口服;对照组28例外用1%肤轻松软膏、2%丙酸睾丸酮鱼肝油软膏及口服维生素E治疗,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:中药治疗组疗效与西药对照组相当(P>0.05)。治疗组在改善外阴症状和体内IgG的疗效方面优于对照组(P<0.05),而且中药治疗组无副作用,并能改善患者全身症候。结论:梁君儿教授经验方治疗外阴白色病变疗效肯定,且在改善外阴症状和体内IgG的疗效方面优于单纯西药治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of QuBai anti-itch tincture combined with QuBai formula of professor LIA NG Juner, the old famous doctor in our hospital in treating white lesions of vulva. Methods： Sixty patients with white lesions of vulva were randomly divided into the treatment group （32 cases）, which was given external application of QuBai anti-itch tincture and oral administration of QuBai formula; the control group （28 cases） accepted, given external application of 1% Fluocinonide ointment, 2% testosterone propionate cod liver oil ointment and oral administration of vitamin E, clinical effects were assessed in three courses of the treatment.Results： The treatment group of TCM were equal to the control group of Western medicine in effects （P〈0.05）. The treatment group were better than the control group in improving vulval symptoms and IgG in vivo （P〈0.05）, the treatment group of TCM had no side effect and can improve patients＇ general symptoms. Conclusion： Empirical formula of professor Liang Juner in treating white lesions of vulva could obtain certain effects, better than single Western medicine in improving vulval symptoms and IgG in vivo.
