摘　　要：目的:探讨我院中药洗剂外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及护理体会。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者56例随机分为观察组30例和对照组26例,观察组运用中药洗剂外敷进行治疗护理,对照组采用推拿按摩手法治疗并护理,连续治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察临床疗效及腰痛、步行能力、直褪抬高试验、感觉障碍、运动障碍等主要症状、体征、日常活动改善情况。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<O.05);腰痛、步行能力、直褪抬高试验、感觉障碍、运动障碍等主要症状、体征、日常活动改善优于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:中药洗剂外敷治疗并护理腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显。Objective： To explore the effects and nursing experience of external application of traditional Chinese lotion of Longzhong brand in treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： 56 patients with LDH were randomly divided into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （26 cases）, the observation group was given external application of traditional Chinese lotion, the control group was given TuiNa, ten days a course of the treatment. Clinical effects, lumbago, ambulation ability, SLRT, sensory disability, movement disorders, daily activities indexes were observed after three courses＇ treatment. Results： Treatment clinical effects in the observation group were better than these of the control group （P〈0.05）; improvements of lumbago, ambulation ability, SLRT, sensory disability and movement disorders were better than these of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effects of external application of traditional Chinese lotion in treating and nursing LDH are obvious.
