摘  要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脊髓型颈椎病动物模型椎间盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:将脊髓型颈椎病大鼠模型中取得的椎间盘组织(造模组)进行HE染色及VEGF免疫组化检测,并与正常组作对照分析。结果:造模组大鼠颈椎间盘中髓核和纤维环VEGF的含量为74.10%和5.72%,分别高于对照组大鼠的28.40%和4.70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓型颈椎病病变椎间盘内可诱导产生VEGF,提示VEGF可能通过促进新生血管的发生、发展,在退变的椎间盘组织中发挥作用。Objective: To explore the expression and meaning of VEGF in intervertebral disc tissue of animal model with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM). Methods: intervertebral tissue( the model group) was stained by HE and detected by VEGF IHC got from animal model with cervical CSM, and analyzed as the control( the normal) group. Results: The VEGF contents of nucleus pulposus and fiber ring of cervical intervertebral disc in the model group were 74.10% and 5.72%, they were higher than those of the control group (28.40% and 4.70%). The difference between two groups was statistical significance (P〈0.01).Conclusion: Intervertebral disc tissue of CSM can produce VEGF, it means that VEGF can play a role in intervertebral disc degeneration by promoting new vessels production and development.
