重庆某社区人群10年糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率的变化趋势

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆某社区人群10年来糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率的变化趋势。方法:调查分别于2003年、2008年及2013年在重庆市沙坪坝某社区进行,包括人体学测量、空腹血糖检验和口服75 g无水葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)。糖尿病及糖尿病前期根据WHO 1999年诊断标准诊断。被调查人群按年度、性别分组,按年龄分层,统计各组糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率。结果:2003年、2008年及2013年分别纳入3 140人、3 867人和5 429人。各年份间男女性别比例、平均年龄、体质指数及腰围均无明显差异。标化后糖尿病的患病率分别为9.79%、14.25%和18.82%;糖尿病前期的患病率分别为16.5%、16.0%和28.7%。各年份空腹血糖及餐后血糖均呈明显增高趋势(P<0.01)。结论:该社区人群糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率在近10年内呈显著增高趋势。糖尿病日趋流行应引起更多的重视。Objective：to estimate the variances of prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes in a community of Chongqing in recent 10 years. Methods：The surveys were conducted in year 2003,2008,and 2013 respectively. All patients underwent anthropometric measurements and oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT）. Subjects were diagnosed as diabetes or pre-diabetes according to the WHO criteria1999. Results：A total of 3 140,3 867,5 429 participants were recruited in year 2003,2008,2013 respectively. There was no significant difference in age,BMI,or waist circumference among the subjects. The age-standardized prevalence of diabetes was 9.79%,14.25%,18.82% respectively,and the age-standardized prevalence of pre-diabetes was 16.5%,16.0%,and 28.7% respectively.Conclusion：There is a significant increase in the prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes in this community of Chongqing over the recent 10 years. Diabetes has become a major public health problem that more prevention and treatment are needed.
