摘  要:岩滩水电站一期500 kV GIS现地控制装置由于部分继电器长期励磁带电,继电器线圈因发热导致外壳变形而造成继电器动作卡滞,很容易造成断路器及刀闸误动或者拒动、计算机监控位置信号与实际不符。为保证500 kV GIS开关动作的可靠性,必须定期对继电器进行更换,每次更换花费近120万元。因继电器为原装进口,每次订货周期非常长,而且出现质量问题时调换困难,因此对一期500 kV GIS现地控制装置改造迫在眉睫。目前PLC模式的控制方式日臻成熟,因此采用现地集控的方式是非常好的解决方案。The 500kV GIS local control unit in the project easily leads to malfunctions or miss-operations of cir- cuit breaker and switch, or discordance of computer monitoring position signal due to the seizing of deformed re- lay case resulting from long-term heating of charged relay exciting coils. To ensure the reliability of the 500kV GIS switch, the relay shall be replaced regularly and each replacement costs about 1.2million yuan. The 500kV GIS local control unit in the project urgently needs to be reconstructed because the adopted relay has to be im- ported, which takes much time on purchasing and is difficult in getting an exchange in case of quality defects. Currently, the PLC control mode is growing maturity; therefore, the local centralized control mode is a very good choice for the reconstruction.
