摘　　要：介绍了项目管理的内容和现状,阐述了管理信息系统和项目管理信息系统的概念,总结了项目管理软件的主要功能,并重点阐述了P3软件的主要功能及其应用现状,具体分析了P3软件的工作流程以及项目管理过程中各类计划的编制和跟踪控制的内容。This article first introduces the content and status quo of the project management, expounds the management information system and the concept of project management information system, summarizes the main functions of project management software, and expounds the main function and application status of P3 software. The workflow of P3 software and the content of the preparation and tracking control of the project management process are analyzed in detail.
