锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位术后疼痛的分析

摘　　要：目的 回顾性分析实施锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位患者术后发生疼痛现象的原因。方法 选取我院2015年4月-2016年4月实施锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位术的44例患者为研究对象,观察患者术后疼痛位置及疼痛持续时间,依据Karlsson标准评估患者术后恢复的状况。结果 出现术后疼痛的患者共32例,疼痛位置主要为肩部到喙突范围内。其中17例患者的疼痛持续时间为术后1-2周,9例患者的疼痛持续时间为术后1个月,4例患者的疼痛持续时间为术后2-3个月,2例患者的疼痛持续时间已超过1年,疼痛情况还在持续。结论实施锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位患者术后发生疼痛现象很普遍,且痛点集中于肩部到喙突范围内。Objective To retrospectively study the causes of pain after clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods 44 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated with clavicular hook plate from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as the follow-up research subjects. Postopera- tive pain location and duration of pain were observed, and postoperative recovery was evaluated according to Karlsson criteria. Results There were 32 patients with postoperative pain. The location of pain was mainly from shoulder to cora- coid process. Among them, the pain duration in 17 patients was 1 to 2 weeks after surgery. The pain duration in 9 pa- tients was 1 month after operation. The pain duration in 4 patients was 2 to 3 months after surgery. The pain duration in 2 patients was longer than one year, and the pain still continued. Conclusion The pain after operation is common for patients to undergo clavicular hook plate for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation, and the pain point is con- centrated in the range of shoulder to coracoid process.
