包皮环切吻合器治疗包茎和包皮过长临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探析包皮过长、包茎应用包皮环切吻合器疗法的临床效果。方法 选择2012年4月-2013年5月在门诊收治的包皮过长、包茎患者150例,根据随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组,每组75例,对照组进行包皮环切术疗法,观察组进行包皮环切吻合器疗法,比较两组治疗后的手术后恢复时间、手术出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的手术恢复时间、手术出血量、手术时间显著优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组出现的包皮内板水肿、包皮环轻度撕裂、阴茎弯曲、疼痛、包皮系带水肿、活动受限等并发症情况显著低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 包皮过长、包茎应用包皮环切吻合器疗法可显著缩短手术时间、手术出血量,促进手术后恢复,术后并发症少,安全性高,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of circumcision anastomat in the treatment of phimosis and redun- dant prepuce. Methods A total of 150 patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis treated from April 2012 to May 2013 in outpatient service were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. The control group adopted the circumcision, the observation group adopted the circumcision anastomat, The re- covery time, intraoperative blood loss, operation time and incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed. Results The recovery time, intraoperative blood loss and operation time in observation group was significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.01）; the incidence rate of complications like inner prepuce edema, mild tearing of preputial ring, penile curvature, pain, frenulum preputii edema and limitation of motion in observation group was signif icantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis, the circumcision anastomat can greatly shorten the operation time, decrease the intraoperative blood loss, promote the pa- tient＇s recovery, reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the clinical safety. It is worthy of clinical pro- motion.
