中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年12月在门诊收治的脾虚湿阻证腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,治疗组给予参苓白术散联合贝飞达治疗,对照组给予贝飞达治疗,用药28 d后,观察临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后症状积分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后症状积分显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组中医症候疗效显著优于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 参苓白术散联合贝飞达可以改善腹泻型肠易激综合征的症状,效果明显,且无副作用。Objective To explore the clinic effect of treatment on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） by using integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Therapy.Methods 60 cases of IBS-D patients with syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness from Janury 2014 to December 2015 were selected, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each groups.Patients of treatment group were given Shenling Baishu Power and Institute for treatment.patients of control group were given Bifido for treatment,after 28 days,the clinical curative effect were observated.Results The symptoms scores of both the two groups after treatment were obviously lower than the before,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the symp- toms score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.The TCM symptoms curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,after treatment,the dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of control group with 73.33%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reaction occurred in the research. Conclusion The therapy of combination shenling baizhu powder with bifid triple viable capsules can obviously improve global symptoms of IBS-D,which is with no side effect.
