我院2013～2015年麻醉药品使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨本院麻醉药品使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 从医院HIS系统中收集2013年1月~2015年12月麻醉药品的用药信息,计算麻醉药品用药频率（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）、序号比（B/A）,分析使用情况。结果 2013年1月~2015年12月我院麻醉药品的销售金额、使用数量逐年增加,其中盐酸吗啡注射液使用量上升较快,增幅较大;盐酸哌替啶注射液、芬太尼透皮贴剂使用量逐年下降;主要由麻醉科、手术室、监护室、肿瘤科、外科使用。结论 我院麻醉药品使用情况基本合理,但是需进一步加强管理,特别是临床药师深入临床与临床医生共同制订麻醉药品个体用药方案,能够使临床用药更安全,更能提高合理用药水平。Objective To investigate the utilization of narcotic drugs,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Narcotic medication information were collected by the HIS from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital,the defined daily dose system （DDDs）,the defined daily cost （DDC）,serial number ratio （B/A） were calculated, and use condition of narcotic drugs was analyzed.Results Consumption sum and amount of narcotic drugs in our hospi- tal from January 2013 to December 2015 were increased year by year,among Morphine Injection was rise faster and the amplitude was bigger.Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection and Fentanyl Transdermal Patches was decreasing year by year, which were mainly used by anesthesiology depertment,operating room,monitoring room,oncology depertment,surgery de- pertment.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically rational,which still need to further strengthen management,in particular,clinical pharmacists in-depth clinical and clinicians to jointly develop individual drug regimens for anesthesia drugs,can make clinical medication safer,and is able to improve the level of rational drug use.
