摘　　要：随着城市高端商务需求的快速增长,滨水商务空间的高品质综合开发成为杭州步入后工业化发展时期提升商务空间品质、培育高端城市功能的重要途径。在分析杭州沿河商务空间发展的总体趋势、梳理其主要特征与存在问题的基础上,从统筹管理、产业资源整合、公共配套、要素保障和分类引导等五个方面提出了杭州沿河高端商务带建设的对策和建议。With the fast-growing demand for urban high-end business,the high-quality comprehensive development of waterfront business space during the period of post-industrial development of Hangzhou,has become an significant way to promote the quality of business space and cultivate high-end urban functions. Based on the status of waterfront business space,analysis through its general trend and main characteristics,this paper puts forward recommendations for implemeningt Hangzhou waterfront business-building from five aspects including overall management,industrial resources,public facilities,factor security and classified guidance.
