摘　　要：随着煤矿电压的升级,针对原来的380/660 V电焊机使用不便的问题,设计了新型ZX7系列直流逆变弧焊机。与老式煤矿企业使用的电焊机相比具有实用性高、安全、节省投资、设备轻便灵活、焊接质量稳定性高、飞溅小、焊机能耗低等优点,目前已在多家煤矿使用,大大提高了使用单位的劳动效率、降低设备投入,获得使用单位的认可。With the voltage upgrading of coal mine,aiming at the inconvenience of 380/660 V electric welding machine,new ZX7-500 series DC arc welding machine was designed,which had advantages such as high practicability,smaller investment,more flexibilities,stable welding quality,less splashing and low power consumption.The new type machine,approved by the use entities,had been used in several mines and improved labor efficiency of use entities dramatically and reduced equipment investment.
