摘　　要：高等学校二级学院党委应以毛泽东同志《党委会的工作方法》这篇著作为指导,大力加强学院领导班子建设。通过深入学习思考,把握这篇著作的深刻内涵,为提升学院领导班子整体合力奠定思想认识基础;通过深学细照笃行,对照要求做一名合格的学院领导班子成员,为提升学院领导班子整体合力提供组织保证;通过理论联系实际,大力加强学院领导班子思想政治建设,为提升学院领导班子整体合力提供实践路径。The party committee of second-level college of universities should be guided by the article of ＂ Working Methods of Party committee＂ written by Comrade Mao Zedong to strengthen the construction of school leadership team, The college should grasp the profound connotation of this article, and lay the foundation of thought and understanding for enhancing the overall ability of the school leadership team by in-depth study and insightful perspective. To become a qualified school leader, the college leaders should do according to the requirements, providing organizational guarantee for enhancing the overall ability of school leadership team through in-depth study, careful comparison and earnest practice; and the college should strengthen the ideological and political construction of the school leadership team, and provide practice approaches for enhancing the overall ability of school leadership team by integration of practice and theory.
