摘　　要：进入二十一世纪以来,我国经济、国际地位取得飞跃性发展,但部分国民思想道德素养却有待提升。大学生群体作为社会的精英群体,我们应对他们在规则意识、社会公德意识、尊重他人意识等方面开展有针对性的教育,更需要通过新媒体手段引导大学生的思想。The economy and international standing of China has gained a giant leap forward since 21st century. However, the ideological and moral cultivation of some nationals still needs improving. College students, the elites of our society, should be specifically educated in terms of the consciousness of rule, social morality and respect for others via the new media.
