摘  要:煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土是指在玻化微珠保温混凝土的基础上用煤矸石取代其中部分或全部天然石子,可合理利用煤炭行业产生量巨大的煤矸石这种材料。为了研究该混凝土的基本力学性能及不同煤矸石掺量对保温混凝土抗压和抗折性能的影响,设计了5种不同煤矸石掺量的保温混凝土方案。通过试验研究,得出随着煤矸石掺量的增加,保温混凝土的抗压与抗折强度均会下降,并且两者降低的幅度基本一致,进一步回归了抗折强度与立方体抗压强度的换算关系式。Thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete mixed with coal gangue is built upon the thermal insulation glazed hollow beads concrete using coal gangue to replace one part or all of the coarse aggregate, it can rational use coal gangue which is enormously output in coal industry.In order to study the basic mechanical properties and the influence of different coal gangue content on compressive and flexural performance of the thermal insulation concrete, 5 different coal gangue content' s programmes of the thermal insulation concrete were designed.It is concluded that the thermal insulation concrete' s compressive and flexural strength were both decreased with the increase of coal gangue's mixing amount, and the falling range is similar, then the conversion relationship between flexural strength and compressive strength was regressed.
