摘 要:矿渣水硬活性与玻璃相含量正相关,调整玻璃相含量控制水硬活性是目前改性冶金渣的重要途径。锰渣是冶炼锰铁合金过程中高温熔融的锰铁炉渣经水淬急冷形成的一种副产品,含有少量C_2S等矿物,具有一定潜在水硬活性。尝试通过加入氧化钠(Na_2O)以提高锰渣玻璃相含量及改善[SiO_4]或[AlO_6]结构单元聚集形式,从而达到提高锰渣活性的目的,同时深入分析了Na_2O用量、煅烧温度、保温时间等因素对锰渣活性指数的影响机制。研究发现,Na_2O掺量为10%左右,煅烧温度为1 400℃左右,保温1 h,改性水淬锰渣的玻璃相含量达到98.5%,改性锰渣微粉28 d活性指数高达88.9%,比改性之前的锰渣活性提高了23.7%。红外分析结果证实,改性后的锰渣中主要以[SiO_4]四面体和[AlO_6]八面体存在,有助于其后期活性的发挥。The hydraulic activity of slag is proportional to glassy substances.It is an important approach to control hydraulic activity of metallurgical slag by adjusting glassy substances content in slag.Manganese slag is a by-product in process of molten ferromanganese slag at high temperature formed through water quenching.It contains a small amount of C2S mineral and has a certain latent hydraulic activity.In order to improve the reactive of manganese slag, we made an attempt to increase glassy substances content in manganese slag and improve the assemble state of Si-O or Al-O by incorporation of sodium oxide, meanwhile the influence mechanisms of Na20 dosage, calcination temperature and heat preservation period on the activity index of manganese slag were deeply analyzed.Results showed that when the sodium oxide content was around 10% ,the calcination temperature was around 1400 ℃ and remained for lh,the glassy substances slag in the modified manganese slag after water-quenched can be reached to above 95 percent.The 28-day activity index of modified manganese slag is 88.9%, and increased by 23.7% compared with unmodified manganese slag.It can be found from IR analysis that an increasing amount of silica tetrahedron and alumina octahedral were presented in modified manganese slag by incorporation of Na2O glassy substances, which was favorable for its late activity.
