摘 要:为了研究废玻璃粉对混凝土力学性能及干燥收缩特性的影响,测定了废玻璃粉掺量分别为0、10%、20%、30%的混凝土试件在干燥环境及干湿循环环境中的力学性能和收缩特性。试验结果表明:随着废玻璃粉掺量提高,混凝土抗压强度降低。干燥环境下废玻璃粉混凝土强度等级越高,干燥收缩变形越大;随着废玻璃粉掺量的提高,混凝土干缩率呈现逐渐减小的趋势,且均小于基准混凝土;当废玻璃粉掺量为30%时,对混凝土的干燥收缩有所改善。干湿循环环境下不同掺量废玻璃粉混凝土干缩率之间的关系与干燥环境下相似;混凝土干燥阶段干缩率上升速率小于湿阶段干缩率下降速率;废玻璃粉混凝土在干湿循环环境下表现出干缩湿胀特性。To study the mechanical properties and the drying shrinkage properties of waste glass powder concrete, it measure the amount of waste glass powder content is 0,10% ,20% ,30% of concrete specimens of mechanical property and shrinkage properties in dry environment and dry-wet circulation environment.The results show that the concrete compressive strength decreased with increasing the amount of waste glass powder.Under the dry environment, the dry shrinkage increases with the increase of strength grade of waste glass powder concrete.The shrinkage rate reduced with increasing the amount of waste glass powder, and were less than the reference concrete. When the dosage of waste glass powder is 30% ,the influence on the drying shrinkage of concerete is improved slightly.Under dry-wet circulation environment, drying shrinkage ratio of mixed waste glass powder of concrete similar to dry environment.The rate of the shrinkage variation during wetting is significantly larger than during drying.The waste glass powder concrete expands during wetting and shrinks during drying.
