摘 要:用风积砂按一定的比例替代相同质量的普通砂,并掺入聚丙烯纤维,经过配合比设计,制作成混凝土标准立方体试件,测定其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,确定风积砂最佳替代比例和聚丙烯纤维的最佳掺入量,并利用电镜扫描仪观察风积砂聚丙烯纤维混凝土的微观结构,分析其强化机理。试验结果表明:当风积砂的替代率小于50%时,用风积砂替代部分普通砂可以提高混凝土的抗压强度和抗拉强度;风积砂混凝土中掺入一定量的聚丙烯纤维,其抗压强度有一定程度的降低,但可以显著提高其抗拉强度;当风积砂的替代比例为30%时、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.8、1.0 kg/m3时,其抗压强度值和抗拉强度值分别达到最大值。According to certain proportion, Instead of the same quality river sand with aeolian sand, and mixed with polypropylene fiber, through the design of mixture ratio, making into standard cube concrete specimen, then test the compression strength and splitting tensile strength,The best replacement ratio of aeolian sand and the optimum adding amount of polypropylene fiber are determined,And scanner microstructure observation of aeolian sand polypropylene fiber concrete by using electron microscope, analysis its strengthening mechanism. The experimental results show that When the replacement rate is less than 50%,replacing part of the ordinary with aeolian sand can improve the compressive strength and tensile strength on concrete;With a certain amount of polypropylene fiber in aeolian sand concrete,the compressive strength is reduced, but the tensile strength is improved.When replacement ratio of the aeolian sand is 30%, and the mixing amount of polypropylene fiber is 0.8 kg/m3 and 1.0 kg/m3, its compression strength and tensile strength reached a maximum value respectively.
