摘　　要：随着社会和经济的不断发展,建筑行业的发展也由之前的粗放型逐渐转向集约型,住宅产业化、绿色低碳节能建筑成为现在建筑行业的关键性要素.冷弯薄壁型钢住宅因其自身的优良性能,成为新一代的建筑业宠儿,结合目前我国冷弯薄壁型钢住宅建设过程的问题,提出一套冷弯薄壁型钢住宅模数设计的方案,并对未来的发展进行了展望.With the development of society and economy,the construction industry also has changed in-to intensive type from extensive,both housing industrialization and green carbon-lowing and ener-gy-saving buildings have become the key factors of the construction industry.The low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel buildings are the most populous in the construction industry of the new generation because of their own fine properties.The modular design vision and the future of the low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel buildings will be introduced in this essay,according to the problems of the low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel buildings in the construction process.
