摘  要:目的探讨黔、川、湘3个不同产地灰毡毛忍冬药材中主要金属元素与土壤之间的关系,为当地灰毡毛忍冬的生产提供科学依据。方法应用微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光谱法分别对三地灰毡毛忍冬药材及土壤样品中7个金属元素进行含量测定,采用SPSS 17.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果四川省南江县、湖南省隆回县药材中金属元素含量整体比贵州省绥阳县高,土壤中金属元素的含量整体表现为贵州省最高,湖南省最低。土壤和药材中金属元素的含量均表现为:K、Ca、Na、Mg和Mn的含量比Zn和Cu高。Mn和Cu的含量在贵州灰毡毛忍冬药材与其生长的土壤之间表现出极显著正相关(P<0.01),Ca的含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);Zn的含量在四川灰毡毛忍冬药材与其生长的土壤之间表现出显著正相关(P<0.05),Mn呈显著负相关(P<0.05);Cu的含量在湖南省灰毡毛忍冬药材与其生长的土壤之间呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。灰毡毛忍冬对K、Ca和Na富集作用较强。结论药材中金属元素含量因植物产地不同而存在差异。微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光谱法可用于灰毡毛忍冬药材中金属元素的测定。Objective To investigate the main metal elements in Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz. and the cultivated soil,and offer scientific direction for local L. macranthoides production. Methods The content of 7metal elements in the soil and L. macranthoides in Suiyang County of Guizhou Province,Nanjiang County of Sichuan Province and Longhui County of Hunan Province were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometer,then the acquired data were analysed with SPSS 17. 0. Results The overall metal elements contents of L. macranthoides in Sichuan and Hunan Province were higher than in Guizhou Province; The elements contents in the soil were highest in Guizhou Province,while in Hunan Province were the lowest. The K,Ca,Na,Mg and Mn contents were higher than Zn and Cu in the soil samples and the L. macranthoides samples in Guizhou Province,Sichuan Province and Hunan Province. The Mn and Zn contents in L. macranthoides and the cultivated soil were highly correlated( P〈0. 01),while the Ca showed negative correlation( P〈0. 05) in Guizhou Province. On the contrary,the Zn contents were positively correlated( P〈0. 05),the Mn contents were negatively correlated( P〈0. 05) in Sichuan Province. In Hunan Province,the Cu contents in L.macranthoides showed significant negative correlation( P〈0. 01) with the planted soil. The K,Ca and Na were concentrated by L. macranthoides. Conclusion The main metal elements contents varied from different places. Microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometer was successfully applied to determine the metal elements contents in L. macranthoides.
