摘　　要：目的探讨颈2脊神经阻滞联合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例颈源性头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组行颈2脊神经阻滞联合星状神经节阻滞,对照组单独给予颈2脊神经阻滞治疗。分别于治疗后1个月和3个月进行疗效评价。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后1月疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3月治疗组与对照组疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组愈显率进行组间比较:治疗后1月治疗组愈显率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3月治疗组愈显率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈2脊神经阻滞联合星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效优于单纯颈2脊神经阻滞,且操作简单,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on the treatment of cervical headache through the block of cervical 2 spinal nerve combined with stellate ganglion block. Methods 60 patients suffering from cervical headache were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with cervical 2 spinal nerve block combined with stellate ganglion block,and the control group was treated with cervical 2 spinal nerve block alone. Efficacy evaluation was performed at 1 and 3months after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the treatment group and the control group after one-month treatment（ P〉0. 05）. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after three-month treatment（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. The comparison of the curative rate between the two groups after treatment showed that there was no significant difference in the curative rate between the treatment group and the control group one-month after treatment（ P〉0. 05）; There was a significant difference in the curative rate between the treatment group and the control group three-month after treatment（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy on the treatment of cervical headache through the block of cervical 2 spinal nerve combined stellate ganglion block is superior to simple cervical 2 spinal nerve block,and the operation is simple and worth clinical application.
