摘 要:将光纤激光焊接应用于冷凝管用紫铜板材焊接。选用2mm厚T2工业紫铜板作为研究对象,进行了紫铜的激光焊接实验,研究不同的激光焊接参数对焊接接头的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:激光功率对焊接接头的微观组织、显微硬度、导电率及耐蚀性等性能都会有明显的影响。焊缝区都形成了细小的等轴晶组织,熔合区形成了胞状晶组织;焊缝区出现显微硬度最大值,由焊缝到母材硬度呈先减小后增大的趋势,在热影响区出现了最小硬度值;适当的焊接参数会显著提高焊接接头的耐蚀性。The welding of copper for condenser was made by the fiber laser, and 2 mm thick T2 copper was employed as the research object in the laser welding experiment and preheating laser welding. The influences of different laser welding powers were investigated on the welded joint microstructure and properties. The laser powers had direct effects on the microstructure and properties of welded joint. The microstructure of weld is fine equiaxed grain, the microstructure of fusion zone is cellular dendrite; the maximum mierohardness occurs in weld zone, the microhard- ness decreases first and then increases from weld zone to base material, and the minimum microhardness occurs in heat affected zone; grain refinement results in the decrease of conductivity of the welded joint, but the impact is not big; the appropriate welding parameters can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of welded joint.
