摘  要:研究了差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热膨胀法(DIL)测试铁基非晶薄带居里转变温度的方法,并对测试结果进行了对比分析,研究表明,采用合适的试验条件,两种检测方法都可以获得明显的居里转变信号。其中居里转变过程在DSC曲线上出现抖动现象,在DIL曲线上出现了反常膨胀即收缩,对比两条测量曲线发现DIL曲线收缩段的终止点对应DSC法测量的居里转变温度。研究还表明,DSC法测试居里温度需要较高的升温速度,升温速度大于10K/min才可以观察到居里转变信号,而热膨胀法则适合采用较小的升温速度,在合适的温度范围内,改变升温速度对DSC法和DIL法检测结果影响都不大。Methods of measurement of Curie temperature of Fe-based amorphous ribbons using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and thermal dilatometer (DIL) were studied respectively, and the test results were analyzed and compared. It shows that with appropriate test conditions, it can obtain obvious Curie transition signals. The re- search of Curie transition of Fe-based amorphous ribbons show a angle bend on the DSC curves, while an abnormal expansion which is a contraction on the DIL curves. It is found that the ending temperature of the contraction on the DIL curves is almost equal with the turning point on the DSC curves. It is put forward that the ending temperature of the contraction which shows the Curie transition on the DIL curves can be considered as the Curie temperature. The effect of heating rates on the test results were studied, and it is found that the heating rate faster than 10 K/min is needed for DSC method, while slower heating rate is suitable for DIL method. In the suitable range, changing the heating rates has little effect on the test results of the Curie temperature.
